Four Three Fit

There’s a new gym in town. But, it’s not just a gym. It’s more. You see the owner, Michelina Cooper, is all about total body fitness. Mind, Body, and Spirit. She spent years working as a physical therapist in an acute care hospital. Here’s what she has to say about that experience:

“I’ve seen some get better, but most get worse. I’ve seen diabetic patients go through multiple surgeries, first taking a toe, then foot, then leg, I’ve seen non compliant patients die because they didn’t follow Dr’s orders, I’ve seen people in their 40’s in need of a new heart. You name it, I’ve probably seen it.” -Michelina Cooper, Owner Four Three Fit

She was ready for a change. Ready to help people live healthy lifestyles. It’s been so encouraging to watch her work to achieve her dream. She’s already making a difference in people’s lives.

Before the grand opening, Michelina opened the gym for a FREE 6-WEEK FITNESS CLASS. WOW! It’s all part of a health and wellness initiative called Gateway to Women’s Health. She is working in partnership with other members of Gateway Baptist Church to serve the community. I can’t wait to see how the Lord will use her and the gym to serve Tipton County!

Since Four Three Fit is brand new, I worked to develop a logo and brand identity along with the website. I loved walking through this process of watching ideas start as tiny seeds then grow, bloom, and produce fruit.

The day I first met Michelina at the building that is now the gym she already had a vision and some paint chips. So, after chatting about what they wanted, I translated that vision to a mood board.

Next up, I created the logo:

And the stationery:

BUSINESS CARDS
LETTERHEAD, ENVELOPES, CALLING CARDS, FOLDERS

Then the website. You can check it out here.

Now that the gym is open, here’s a few photos of the logo and brand applications. Confession: I love seeing my work off the screen and in print/real environments!

EXTERIOR SIGN
LOBBY FLOOR
This may be one of my favorite ever applications for a logo I’ve created. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. This floor was done by Duke’s Creative Concrete.

This was such a fun process! Hey, how about we work together? I’d love to help you with your website, logo, or brand identity.

Working with Kelley has been such a blessing! She took my dreams and made them a reality! Kelley had the ability to take my thoughts and create beautiful designs to represent my company. The entire process was great, communication was seamless, and she was timely every step of the way! Could not be happier with the branding she has blessed us with!
