There’s a new gym in town. But, it’s not just a gym. It’s more. You see the owner, Michelina Cooper, is all about total body fitness. Mind, Body, and Spirit. She spent years working as a physical therapist in an acute care hospital. Here’s what she has to say about that experience:
“I’ve seen some get better, but most get worse. I’ve seen diabetic patients go through multiple surgeries, first taking a toe, then foot, then leg, I’ve seen non compliant patients die because they didn’t follow Dr’s orders, I’ve seen people in their 40’s in need of a new heart. You name it, I’ve probably seen it.” -Michelina Cooper, Owner Four Three Fit
She was ready for a change. Ready to help people live healthy lifestyles. It’s been so encouraging to watch her work to achieve her dream. She’s already making a difference in people’s lives.
Before the grand opening, Michelina opened the gym for a FREE 6-WEEK FITNESS CLASS. WOW! It’s all part of a health and wellness initiative called Gateway to Women’s Health. She is working in partnership with other members of Gateway Baptist Church to serve the community. I can’t wait to see how the Lord will use her and the gym to serve Tipton County!
Since Four Three Fit is brand new, I worked to develop a logo and brand identity along with the website. I loved walking through this process of watching ideas start as tiny seeds then grow, bloom, and produce fruit.
The day I first met Michelina at the building that is now the gym she already had a vision and some paint chips. So, after chatting about what they wanted, I translated that vision to a mood board.
Next up, I created the logo:
And the stationery:
Then the website. You can check it out here.
Now that the gym is open, here’s a few photos of the logo and brand applications. Confession: I love seeing my work off the screen and in print/real environments!
This was such a fun process! Hey, how about we work together? I’d love to help you with your website, logo, or brand identity.
Tell me about your dream:
